Q: What is an escape room?
A: An escape room is a game where you and a group of friends are "locked" in a room and need to find clues and complete challenges before the clock runs out. Each room has a unique story, which plays out as your team uncovers secrets and solves puzzles. You get to be the hero of this story!

Q: How do I book a game?
A: You can click here, go to our rooms page, or give us a call at (402) 506-6682.

Q: Can I change or cancel our reservation?
A: No cancellations are allowed, but we will work with you to reschedule a game if an emergency arises.

Q: When should we arrive?
A: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your game's start time. We have to begin the game exactly at the start time, regardless of whether everyone on your team has arrived.

Q: Is there a minimum group size?
A: Escape rooms require teamwork, but all of our rooms can be beaten with at least 2 players. Escape rooms make for a great date night!

Q: How old do you have to be to play?
A: Escape rooms are fun for everybody, so all ages are welcome! Anyone 14 or under needs to be accompanied by at least one person over 18 in the same escape room. Certain rooms also have age recommendations, so check out our game pages if you have concerns.

Q: Are we really locked in a room?
A: None of our doors really lock, so you're free to leave at any time if anything comes up. We can't stop the time, so hurry back if you can!

Q: I am planning an event, what services do you offer?
A: You've come to the right place. Give us a call at (402) 506-6682 and you can reserve up to 4 rooms for your event. The sooner you book, the more availability there'll be.

Q: Will there be other players in the room with us?
A: Our rooms are always private, so you’ll never be placed with strangers. When you book, you pay a flat rate for the room and up to 7 people can play.

Q: What if we have more than 7 in our group?
A: If you have a larger group, we would recommend splitting into two groups and booking 2 rooms around the same time - we can’t put more than 7 people into one room. Trust us, the games will be better this way!
